So we've been home one week now and it's been a little challenging getting back into my normal routine. After all, we cleared about 7,000 miles across 9 states (some of them more than once). We got to see some of the most amazing places I've ever been to including Mesa Verde, Monument Valley, the Grand Canyon, Winslow, El Paso, Roswell, White Sand Dunes, Route 66 ... oh my Gosh what an adventure!
At the end of the trip, I had taken 17,812 images so the next SEVERAL weeks I will be strapped to my computer editing and uploading between the iStockphoto.com website and my shops. That in addition to the several sittings I have lined up for the next few weeks.
It was an adventure to say the least! We had our ups, we had our downs. We had challenges of weather and gravel roads, full campgrounds and plan B, and met some of the most amazing people I will remember for the rest of my life and hope to see again someday. But for this year, my butt is done on the back of the bike LOL
A HUGE shout-out to the many hosts, rangers, campsite neighbors and friendly people along the way. You made this trip for us and I will always remember! So, until Camera Trip 2022 ... have a wonderful rest of your year!!!
